What we collect

Your name and contact details, where you live, the role you apply for, links to your work, your CV if you attach one, and your answers about your experience. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential material, passwords, or API keys.

How we use it

Only to review your application and to contact you about recruitment.

Where it is kept

Your application passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and is stored in ClickUp, the service our team uses to manage recruitment. We reply by email from Gmail. These services are run by companies based in the United States, so your information may be handled outside Japan and outside your country. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

If your application does not lead to a role, we delete it within six months after the selection ends. If you join ZERO, we keep it with your work records.

To see, correct, or delete the information you sent, email zero.company.jp@gmail.com.

Technical access

The website hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This site includes no added advertising or analytics scripts.
